(15) Governing Laws:
Refer to the Arbitration and Applicable Law as stated in Clause 18 of the General Terms and Conditions dated Mar 23, 2004.
For easy reference we have append below the gtc clause 18 which is also attached to this email :

18. ARBITRATION AND APPLICATION LAW
Any dispute or disagreement between the parties hereto or their respective representative (s) or assignees arising out of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof including the interpretation, application, implementation, validity, breach or termination of this Agreement or any provision thereof, shall exclusively be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration of Thai Ministry of Justice.
The number of arbitrators shall be three (3), one (1) to be appointed by Buyer, one (1) by Seller and the third arbitrator to be agreed upon between the two (2) arbitrators, or in the event of the two (2) arbitrators falling to agree, to be appointed by the Director, Arbitration of Thai Ministry of Justice.
The Place of arbitration shall be in Bangkok.
The language of the arbitrate proceedings shall be Thai.
