The goal of Demand management is to ensure that an organization’s business processes are
supported or implemented through the proper information provisioning and an appropriate business
information management structure. Demand management is responsible for ensuring that the new and
existing requirements of a business process are acknowledged and that they are the subject of
decision-making.
This process includes quality management aspects. The quality of the information provisioning
(including any deficiencies and required changes) in relation to the business process is the main issue
of this process.
