Minimum of five years experience in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, entertainment or recreational industry (shipboard experience preferred)
Master of Ceremony or/and professional entertainment experience
Strong management skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Excellent verbal and written command of the English language, knowledge of another language(s) is a plus
Superior customer service, teambuilding and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills
