I am writing to explain that the installation service still can’t go well from the beginning even we have been trying our best to handle the problems, therefore, we do need your suggestions and assistances for the following situations.
1. Let’s take an example just happened on Wednesday this week - Dr. Rapol Kanokpornwasin, at Baan Mahachai animal hospital.
Both of Soarmed Thailand and Thai GL made an appointment to install the Konica CR on July 6th ( check the site ) and 7th ( installation ), which our client specially spared the time for us as well. However, until in the afternoon on Jul. 6th ,I was informed that Thai GL didn’t go there for investigation and they would like to postpone the date of installation on Jul. 11th without any advise in advance. This event caused my customer unhappy and blamed on us with the damage to our reputation again.
2. Thai GL engineer ever said that they weren’t familiar with Veterinary Imagepilot when my client asked them the operational questions on the spot at Ayothaya Animal hospital which is my first client of Konica CR.
3. Demonstration at Rakk Satt Pet Hospital, we lost this case because Thai GL prepared the wrong set of computer and couldn’t solve the operational problem of imagepilot at the moment, which caused the doctor feel we weren’t professional and finally bough the more expensive Kodak Carestream instead.
4. Thai GL ever installed the wrong software not for veterinary to me, and unable to accomplish the requirements as the agreement between us either.
5. Soarmed Thailand has to go their company to take Regius Sigma2 every time because the installation fee doesn’t include transportation fee, so I have to spend a lot of time confirm the finish time and free time between Thai GL and my client.
6.Last month, the installation at SA animal hospital and hotel , I found that the service engineer loaded wrong side of the soft plate to the cassette. There are no images after take x-ray. And the function VHS was not added as my request. He cannot add by himself. He has to call to ask his college.
I wouldn't blame Thai GL's service team. But they are not familiar in applications and function of veterinary.
I appreciated for your reading since the more and more dissatisfaction came from my clients and the potential customer that’s why we are desirous of doing the installation service by ourselves.
Hope you may try to bring them into the solution as early as possible.
