This may sound trivial; it certainly is not. For those we envy who can keep their schedules flawlessly ticking along while steadily checking off items on their to-do lists, it seems to come naturally. And for us, it's an agonizing struggle to overcome, yet we choose to waste our time--and worse yet, we choose not to do anything about it. We chase down more effective methods in self-help books or post pleas for wisdom on Quora, instead of making the obvious choice to do the hard work to change. Irony anyone?
