Job Description:
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts such as contract terms with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Drafting & reviewing contracts, both legal issues and commercial issues; Sales Contracts, Lease Agreements, Construction Agreements, Loan Agreements, Employment Agreements, etc.
• Preparing letters, notices and claims.
• Administering contracts.
• Working with the team to ensure project reports are accurate.
• Providing legal advice on contract risks.
• Providing legal consultation to executives and top management team.
