Working Instructions & Operation Flow
1. Do not operate the appliance if there is no oil or grease in tank.
2. Oil or grease for frying should be substituted regularly. Oil used more than once may
produce impurity, lower the fire point and increase the possibility of sudden boiling.
3. Hot oil splashing may occur if large amount of food is non-oily.
4. If oil burning occurs, turn off the gas switch immediately and cover the lid.
