The standard demonstrated highly elastic (solid-like) behavior,
which was expected (Rosalina and Bhattacharya 2001). It did not
always exhibit a crossover point even at high frequencies, as observed
previously in more pure starch systems (Byars and others
2003) although it did show frequency dependency (Figure 2).
