2.4. Preparation of solutions
The dried mass (50 mg) of each extract was redissolved at
room temperature (28 ± 1 C) in the corresponding solvent
(100 mL) by simple dissolution techniques to prepare a stock
solution having concentration 500 lg/mL. Further, 1 mL of
stock solution of each extract was dissolved in 100 mL to prepare
a solution of 5 lg/mL and all the experiments were conducted
within this range (5–500 lg/mL). In case of oil
distilled concentration was diluted in ethanol (75%).
2.5. Phytochemical analysis
Each extract of the leaves (2–3 mg/mL) of M. piperita was
