Male or Female, THAI Nationality , Age not over 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, HR Management or Data related field
Minimum 3 years experience in HRIS with data management and strong understanding of HR process and data, HRIS database design and structure
Experienced in Orisoft Program or similar scale of SAP will be advantage.
Good command of computer literacy; with advanced MS Excel or computer operations
Work knowledge and experience in utilizing and creating database and spreadsheets are essential.
Result oriented, Self motivated, High achievement, good team player and tasks completion independently
Basic verbal communicate in English
Work well under pressure
Strong system analytical, good decision making & problem solving skills
Perform group data update, exports, imports, clean-ups and researched report on any data discrepancies
