CONCLUSIONS
1) The commercial vehicle maintenance management information system is composed of the user management
module, vehicle data management module, due tip module, vehicle technical condition inquiry module etc.
2) System database is mainly composed of eight data tables: user information table, vehicle basic information table, vehicle maintenance records table, vehicle operation records table, vehicle complete maintenance management table, vehicle technical rank evaluation table, fault mode code table, and new fault mode code table.
3) The implementation difficulty in data call is reduced by using ADO database access technique. Specific system functions are developed as follows: vehicle basic information management, vehicle maintenance records management, vehicle technical rank evaluation management, vehicle complete maintenance management, vehicle operation records management, and vehicle technical condition inquiry.
4) Running the developed system shows that the commercial vehicle management information system has steady performances, friendly interfaces, and could meet the needs of enterprise vehicle maintenance management.
