Apologies from our side as well, we did not expect the postage problems. For your information, there was a mix-up in the local post office the first time we sent by normal postal (on 24/11/2015), and the second time we sent by Fedex (on 30/12/2015) but they returned it to us today as they could not send to P.O. Box.
