Dear Service Desk,
After I have change password in range last end month, I received email that change password successful for all critical systems(Active directory,PRMS,I-Expense, etc.)and I can access login to all critical systems by new password except login to server \fsd400 or \172.31.4.15. Please resolve for problem this problem because I need to use data in this server every week. However I process by myself with method as document attached but I can’t access into server. Thank you very much.
