Note that for an issue to be logged as Very High it must strictly meet
the requirements of being a production down issue or an issue that is
blocking an imminent go live of less than 5 days and not have workaroundfor this case it is clear in the incident have an workaround. Also, we
need to
have a 24 hour contact number to reach you at, please provide us with
this information. You should consider lower the priority of he
incident to High (see attached notes 67739, 19500 ) .
If you need to urgently get in contact with SAP about this incident
please contact the GLOBAL SUPPORT CUSTOMER INTERACTION CENTER (see
attached note 560499)
Could you collect all the diagnostic information with the tool sybdiag
we are keen to see the errorlog and other detail.
