Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Our body uses all the food we ate the previous day to repair our cells during night time. When we wake up in the morning, we are ‘starve’ and body demands us to eat a meal as soon as possible. Eating breakfast gives you energy for the rest of the day. However, people usually skip breakfast due to their busy morning schedule. This is not a healthy habit. Many of our students come to class hungry and it’s difficult for them to stay focus with an empty stomach!
