Description of station
The hall of station is lit with the round flat lamps located in two ranks.
The floor of station is covered by black and light granite. In finishing of walls and poles several types of granite are used at once: black Armenian davalu marble, and also white, gray and golden stone of other breeds. In the territory of station in a chronological order of events of 1917-1937 76 bronze sculptures of work of the sculptor Matvei Manizer are established.
The sculptures established in niches of the arches formed by poles represent simple Soviet people. At first there were 80 sculptures, but after in 1947 at station east lobby has been constructed, 4 statues have been removed. It was also necessary to dismantle Lenin and Stalin's bas-relief which was in a deadlock end face of the hall.
