Compared with the use of 50 mL dichloromethane as the porogen in our previous
work, the synthesis conditions of MIP3 in this work resulted in satisfactory flow rates (1 mL/1 min) during the MISPE procedure.
It should be noted that the PS–MIP prepared using dichloromethane as the porogen exhibited a higher binding capacity in n-hexane than in dichloromethane or acetonitrile, and the binding capacity in dichloromethane was slightly higher than that in acetonitrile.
