I answered the phones there is IT Call center Service Customer maybe Control management was hard for solve a problem of customers complaints When i receive a complaint i will usually deal with it or handle it as quickly as possible. making the complaint,but also always best to make a complaint in a calm and polite way, So I must be quick action will keep customers happy.I am proud of my work there, as well as have more responsibility.
