Issue about problem in RMA of Divio NBR223C S/N KA13A00739
1. Unqualified Repair : I found that this unit show unprepared repair from Divio, the old problem ( defect or failure ) still exist following
* 1st time we sent it to you on 23 Jan (RMA201501003) and get it back 20 April ( 86 days) , with network connection failed symptom but when it was back we found that it is able to connect with network but there is another problem , Pink image ( as you can see in the picture in e-mail).
This should not be happen if it is properly repaired ( Repair engineer should found it since he test the unit before ship back to us)
**we have to send it back to you again on 28 April (RMA RMA201504005) and get back 23 June ( 55 days), my engineer just test it and found that the old problem (Pink Image) still there ( pls. see the picture in below e-mail)
***For this Camera, the customer cannot wait anymore ,could you provide us a good replacement unit and we will send this failure unit back to you soonest
2. Too Long RMA duration
We found that this RMA were taken so long to get back as you can see, by the repair problem we have to send back to you again it might be totally more than 6 month
*** I ‘d like to get standard RMA return time total return time should be 30 -45 days is it acceptable?
