I completed a step for the GDI Learning Bonus, but it doesn't show as completed in the steps above?
Depending on the step you completed, it may take anywhere from a few minutes up to 48 hours for a learning item to be marked complete. Our system checks most steps automatically, but some require approval from our support staff. If you feel you have completed a step that has not updated correctly, please contact support after 72 hours so we can check the status.
I completed all the steps for my GDI Learning Bonus, how do I get paid?
Once all steps show as completed on the table above, go to the Commissions page of your Members Area and you should see the $25 Learning Bonus line item to be paid on the next monthly commission run provided your commission balance meets your selected minimum payout amount.
Step 4 says to refer 1 converted (Signup went ACTIVE at End of Trial) affiliate, what does this mean?
When you refer someone to GDI, they create a 7 day free trial account. If GDI successfully secures payment for their monthly fee at the end of their trial, they will count as a converted affiliate and check off this portion of your Learning Bonus. If your signup doesn't convert, you will need to get another signup to convert while you are still eligible for the Learning Bonus. The first direct signup under you that converts from trial to active will check off this step of your GDI Learning Bonus.
Step 7 says to update my preferred commission method, but the current setting is the one I want?
If you prefer the default setting, simply click the "Update" button without changing anything else. This will verify with us that you do want the default Preferred Commission Method.
Do I need to complete the steps in the order listed?
No, not at all. You may complete the steps in any order. Some steps are dependent on others though. For example you can't email support saying you created your WebSite, until you actually build it.
Do you have to win the Learning Bonus to be eligible for the GDI Duplication Bonus?
No, any active affiliate is eligible to earn the GDI Duplication Bonus regardless of having or not having earned a GDI Learning Bonus.

Who can be paid a Learning Bonus?
The Learning Bonus is available only to new GDI customers who signed up on or after 8/2/2012 and is specifically geared towards helping them learn more about GDI. It's important to understand the "customer" must be new, not the "account" itself. All Learning Bonuses are reviewed prior to payment. If an account is found to be registered by someone with a current or former financial interest in another GDI account, the Learning Bonus will not be paid nor will it be allowed to count towards a Duplication Bonus for the original sponsor. Please note however, all accounts can still participate in our Duplication Bonus, even when they are not eligible to be paid for a Learning Bonus. The Duplication Bonus has been launched to reward everyone for encouraging new customers to achieve their own Learning Bonuses. You can jump to the Duplication Bonus section here.
