Regarding the carbohydrate, lantana seeds contained the highest level (80.89%), followed by sweet pepper seeds (56.28%), but nabak seed kernels contained the lowest one (28.10%), due to its high levels of crude fat and crude protein. Thus, chenical composition of the investigated seeds revealed that they could be valuable and could serve as new sources of food.
