STEP ONE: Gather your supplies. You’ll need an old iPhone case (spray painted one color if it had a pattern), an Exacto Knife, your Washi Tape, and a can of Crystal Clear in the finish of your choosing.
STEP TWO: Cover the front of your phone first making sure that the tape wraps around to the inside of the iPhone case.
STEP THREE: Start to cover the iPhone case in whatever pattern you’d like.
STEP FOUR: You’re case is covered now, huzzah! But you have to cut the tape away from the important openings in your iPhone case. Use your Exacto Knife to make “X” shaped marks where the holes are, then push the excess tape inside the case and smooth.
STEP FIVE: Admire you’re Exacto Knife skills.
STEP SIX: Coat your case with two coats of Crystal Clear, allowing about an hour dry time in between coats. Allow to dry overnight and you’re ready to roll out with a fancy new phone case in the morning!
