Responsibilities: :-
Ensures that OTC sales and collection targets are achieved.
Responsible for attaining area sales budget.
Plan, monitor and coordinate the sales activities of the sales team.
Ensures that subordinates properly implement company policies and procedures.
Develop good business relationship with clients and customers through field visits.
Proficiency in handling technical matters.
Handle new business development in for new product
Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science or related field
Master Degree in MBA is preferable
Minimum 8 years experience in sales management of medical products and healthcare business
Self-motivated and possessing, Good follow-up abilities, Good problem solving and Analytical skill
Strong leadership with interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Positive Attitude “CAN DO”, Result-oriented, Team player and Service mind
Be able to under pressure
Good communication in both Thai and English
Computer literacy
