Together with Chao Yi Lin I reviewed your complete report.
Mechanical damage causes by transportation is hard to prevent completely in future as we have to package the plants flat in boxes for transportation. I am convinced that less damage would appear if we could keep the plants in the trays, but this would increase transportation rate to much.
In addition to this we also saw pictures of plants with blackening leaves, it looks like some plugs of plants were too wet when they were packed, it should be possible to reduce the water content in the plugs in future consignments. But I think that it happened because this shipment contained a lot of different varieties all grown in a different place in our greenhouse, which makes irrigation planning more challenging.
The yellow leafs and the too small plants should have been sorted out before packaging. Extra care in sorting is needed at our side to minimalize this in future. I estimate according to your report that it around 200 pcs, I think that it is the best that we would replace these plants for your, so you can make good end-products. I will add 288pcs within next supply to compensate this issue
