Purpose of the study
This study aims to research the effectiveness of the use of social networks in the training associated with attitudinal subjects such as Leadership, which require stimulating/encouraging self-reflection and discussion, expanding perspectives and illuminating the need for lifelong learning. The tendency of people to come together and form groups is inherent in the structure of society (Coleman, 1990). This study also aims to analyse the impact of using social networks in the process of teambuilding within a group.
