This temple is especially interesting for its main chedi and the 68 elephants statues supporting it.Most of them are severly damaged but. Sometimes you can also see between the elephants small parts of a vegetal fresco. In front of the chedi stand the remains of another building, probably the wihaan.
The temple is less well preserved than Wat Chang Lom in Si Satchanalai which also have a chdi with elephants statues. But Wat Chang Rawp remains one of the temples to see in the Ariniyk Area of Kamphaeng Phet Historical Park.

Entrance fee for this part of the park: 100 THB or 150 if you take a ticket for the two areas.
You can rent bikes at the entrance for 30 THB. It is also possible to enter with a vehicle, including bicycles, for a fee of 10 to 50 THB depending on the vehicle.
