Where do we start? Having missed my flight from SF, I contacted the host through AirBnB to inquire about altering the reservation. The host responded 'OK' through the messaging service and I booked the room for the next night in addition to an extra $5 fee. No problem. I show up in Hong Kong and they say they hadn't heard anything about changing the room, so therefore this is a new booking (in their defense, on AirBnB's website the booking still had the original date). I show them the text from the day before (with time/date) saying 'OK' when i informed them that my flight had changed. Still wouldn't work with me. So, after flying 14 hours I decided to grab the room, which was nice. And the staff was very friendly and helpful after I checked in. That night they offered to let me keep the room for the next two nights at a certain price. I go to pay for the extra nights the next morning and suddenly the price has changed. I refused to pay and they gave me 1 hour to get my stuff out.
