Job Descriptions:
PC maintenance (laptops and desktops) covers setting up new machines and basic repairs like replacing peripherals (hard drive, CD-ROM drive).
OS (Windows Platform) maintenance. For example, update antivirus and security patches.
Basic LAN and Internet troubleshooting.
General IS (Information System) troubleshooting. For example, printer problem, user ID problem and software (like MS Outlook) problem.
Support users through call/remote or onsite.
Monthly report preparation. For example, a monthly report to shows all the completed jobs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or IT-related field.
New graduated are welcome to apply.
Experience in PC Helpdesk Operation Support or IT Support
Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Software, Operating System, Network and Server.
Able to work as a shift.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good attitude, service mind and customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Basic and Moderate command in English.
Microsoft or CISCO qualification(s) would be considered a strong advantage.
