Core Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for overall HRM functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
Supervise, manage and develop HRM team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, HRD, Psychology or related field.
At least 15 years of HRM experience in large size manufacturing especially in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits with 5 years experience in Management Level.
Experience in Food Manufacturing and background in ISO9001, GMP & HACCP would be an advantage.
Strong leadership, presentation and communication skill.
Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill.
Proactive, energetic and passion to work for success.
Good command of English both spoken & written and computer literacy.
Able to work at the plant permanently.
Working Day ; Monday - Friday
