The research results reveal that most of the consumers are male aged between 21 - 30 with bachelor degree education background, working in private company with monthly income 10001 that 10005 baht. They have stutude toward overall marketing mix and in the aspects of product, price, people, physical evidence and process at low level while have moderate attitude in the aspect of promotion. It was also found that they have lifestyle that consistent with consuming Bar-B-Q food at moderate level. Regarding to their consumption behavior, most consumers prefer to have shrimp, ionnoea, and spicy salad, decide to come to the restaurant for social meeting, visit the restaurant at period 18.31 - 20.30.
