● Once the hotel facility is damaged by the guest the Duty Manager will contact the guest and inform the cost of the penalty charge. Sometimes the guest refuses to pay and manager may have to consider which case can be flexible or which case cannot be flexible.
● In case the guest agrees to pay for the penalty charge, the payment can be settled upon check out together with the hotel room charge and other expenses during stay.
