Your deposit will be returned to you without interest by the OeAD-Housing Office at the end of your stay upon presentation of the cancellation of your registration with the registration office and a confirmation that your room has been found to be in order (unless it has already been returned to you before – see 4a). The administration fee, any bank charges that might occur and compensation for any damages caused by you or other unpaid payment claims will be deducted from the deposit. In the case of damages or other payment claims the deposit can only be remitted to you after the exact costs for the damages or amount of the payment claims have been determined (in this case please send your bank details to the relevant OeAD branch office by email). This claims can cause a delay of the bank transfer.
