3.3.1. Oil holding capacity (OHC)
The oil holding capacity is significantly different among the substrates (p < 0.05) ( Table 3). CCWP(1) has the highest oil holding capacity (4.79 ± 0.09 g oil/g) followed by CCWP(3) and CCWP(2). The oil holding capacity of the CCWPs is significantly higher than that of VOR from which they were isolated.
