Policy
The Prime Contractor shall establish a Project Management team under a Project Director
supplied from the staff of the Prime Contractor. The objective of the Project Management
team is to furnish all documentation, plant, materials, labour and other facilities requisite or
incidental to the successful completion of the Works and in carrying out all duties and
obligations imposed by the Contract Documents. Co-ordination and integration in the
Contractor’s site team between the various discipline members to achieve timely completion
of the Contract is a primary requirement of this Contract.
