In TIL's current business:
- For "Insurance Claim" case TIL has right to collect penalty fee with customer from overdue day until TIL acknowledged insurance claim case.
- And for 'Remarketing" case TIL has right to collect penalty fee with customer from overdue day until repossessed date
But for the migrated contract the penalty fee (from above) not be migrated to CMS.
Example 1 - Insurance Claim case
Due 1 Due Date 1-01-15 Customer paid only rental 10,000.- Baht. has penalty 300.- Baht.
Due 2 Due Date 1-02-15 Customer not paid has penalty 300.- Baht.
Due 3 Due Date 1-03-15 Customer not paid has penalty 300.- Baht.
Then on 5-03-15 TIL received police daily log and acknowledged this case was insurance claim.
*In this case TIL has right to collect all penalty from Due 1 - Due 3 total is 900.- Baht.
