The cell free filtrates of the fungal cultures were tested for their antimicrobial activities against the tested pathogenic microbes(Table 5). As appeared from the table, the filtrate of Emericella indulans (F5) showed strong antagonistic activities against the three tested pathogenic microbes. Whereas, the filtrate of F. oxysporum (F2) counteracted the growth of S. aureus and A. niger efficiently (Figs. 9 and 10). At the same time,the pathogenic fungus A. niger, showed high sensitivity to the filtrate of Chaetomium globosum (F1), E. nidulans (F5), Fusarium oxysorum (F2) and Aspergillus biplane (F3) (Fig. 11).
