2.2 All facility manuals, as-built drawings, manufacturing records, commissioning packages, hand over packages and similar information delivered to the Owner by EPC Contractor;
2.3 Review and approve of the Contractor’s production schedules and schedules for Maintenance Outage.
3. Supply of raw water and back feed power;
4. Responsible for any Permits relating to Operation of the Facilities at the Owner’s expense. The Contractor is responsible for all other Permits which are required for the Contract Work at the Contractor’s expense if such Permit is required under the name of the Contractor;
5. The Owner shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and licenses;
6. The Owner will provide special tools and heavy-duty tools for the Facility. The Contractor will provide for its own cost all of the hand tools necessary to perform the Services;
7. During Operation period the Owner shall provide for the Contractor, including offices, office furniture, power and water supply, telecommunications,
8. Supply the initial stock and the restocking of spare parts (all parts that assemble to equipment) used during operation from the initial stock upon Contractor’s proposal;
9. Responsible for land or building ownership and all consequences;
10. Decide and supply the equipment modifications and upgrades upon Contractor’s proposal;
11. Public relations and press releases;
12. Responsible for the Owner Insurance (all risk, business interruption, equipment breakdown, third party liability insurances).
