To compare the degree of browning among peels, the bananas were divided into the following 3 treatment groups: Cont, no treatment and normal packaging; CO, CO 2 gas exchange packaging(AZS-300, Airzero CO., Seoul, Republic of Korea); ET, normal packaging with an ethylene generator (Topfresh Co., Seoul, Republic of Korea). All samples were packed in a 0.04-mm polyethylene film and stored at 20 ?C for 9 days
