In the Ria of Vigo, 12.5% of the samples were negative for V.parahaemolyticus, 12.5% were positive for tdh and 75.0% werepositive for both trh and tdh genes.
In Pontevedra, 22% were negative for V. parahaemolyticus,11%
were non-pathogenic V. parahaemolyticus,
another 11% were positive for tdh, 33% were positive for trh and 22% were positive for both genes trh/tdh. Table 1 and Fig. 3 summarize these results.
