DREAM WORK IN GROUPS
Consistent with its noninterpretive spirit, the Gestalt approach does not interpret and analyze dreams. Instead, the intent is to bring the dream back to life, to re-create it, and to relive it as if it were happening now. If you are interested in a detailed presentation of the Gestalt approach to dream work, good sources are Coven (2004), Downing and Marmorstein (1973), Perls (1969a), Polster and Polster (1973), Rainwater (1979), and Zinker (1978). Here is a brief description of this approach.
