The results as expressed as mean±S.E.M. or percent inhibition.
Statistically significant differences between groups were
measured using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed
by Dunnett’s test.
*p < 0.05 or **p < 0.01 was considered
statistically significant.
The geometric mean ID50 values (the
dose of 63SF which was able to reduce the nociceptive response
by 50% relative to the control value), accompanied by their
respective 95% confidence limits, were determined by nonlinear
regression from individual experiments using “Graph Pad
Prism Software”.
