Reporting & Responsibilities :
The AV Supervisor will report to the Sr. AV Supervisor who will assign to handle events and setups on a daily basis, which also includes coordination, participate the meeting, follow up, and work with other departments and the guest/customer as a lateral service for the success of the event and work under pressure but on flexible shifts and work long hours to the benefit of the event. Follow company policy and control direction of the target of AV Department.
Primary Role :
1. Operate technical equipment : audio, lighting, audio visual, video/data sets and display equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
2. Configuring, setting up all systems as given below in subsections of Audio, Video and Lighting.
3. Handle on events, keep the employee and company benefits.
4. Coordinate with customers to support requirement which need to satisfy customers including be central coordination in technique and document working in the department.
5. Participate in the meeting and able to convey / communicate the information from the meeting to the department correctly.
6. Able to manage the schedule of manpower working appropriately and must strictly follow the company rules and regulations.
7. Control AV Technician to strict of follow the company rules and regulations including security regulations to secure customers and themselves.
8. Take care of security in operation.
9. Written / read and understand all technical manuals for equipment used.
10. Undertake training both internal and external in all relevant technical and other subjects for developing yourself with efficiency and increase knowledge apply to use in working at 30 hours for year.
11. Manage Security training to the staff at least once a year.
12. Participate in planning to the mission and vision of the company.
13. Support company policy and hotel business plan.
14. Undertake general duties under instruction from the Sr. AV Supervisor, including assist of discipline to where improvements may be made in day to day operations of the department.
