According Notification of delay shipment, it is always delayed information to us such as last shipment and also this shipment.
Normally, a forwarder shall get the delayed information and inform us in advance, Right?
For this shipment 211, Original ETA19/Aug==> we got a notification in same date 19/Aug afternoon (exactly date issue letter 15/Aug).
That means, a forwarder knew about this delay since last Friday. Why we didn’t get this notice on Friday?
If a forwarder treat us like this, we might face a shortage delivery to customer because we have no time to avoid problem in advance and might have a penalty charge.
Please be noted, even though 1 or 2 day advance notice is very importance. A forwarder must send notice to us in advance, I think.
