Chapter 2 : Displaying customer and master data, key transactions XD03 and MM03, demonstrate how to look for details of a customer or material, for example comparing with Movex CRS610
Chapter 3: create sales order. Probably the most important part of all the training! Demonstrate making sure you are explaining everything you are doing
A key slide is n.63, and 70 where you confirm if delivery can be split or not (“one time delivery”)
Chapter 4: change orders: Slide 70 allows to add text and notes for invoice, so do not forget this functionality
Other topics of importance: delivery and billing blocks, and rejecting lines (instead of deleting them)
