The microorganism, L. casei Zhang and L. plantarum P-8 were
obtained from Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology and Engineering,
Ministry of Education, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University which had been considered as
new probiotic strains

in our laboratory and B. subtilis natto was isolated in our laboratory
from a traditional fermented food (natto) collected from Heilongjiang,
