If for any reason you fail to act in accordance with the “Anti-bribery and anti-corruption” clause
of this Contract:
1. which gives rise to a Potential Breach; and
2. the Company conducts an investigation into the Potential Breach; and
3. the Company finds that you have breached either the Anti-Corruption Legislation or the
Jacobs Appropriate Business Practices Polic
