This problem that caused I’m setting proxy server on Tom’s laptop but I’m forgot add exception for don’t use proxy server.
Which now I’m add exception on Tom’s laptop, He can use CRM as normally.
Reason for setting proxy server on Tom’s laptop because on this morning he can’t download any file attached from Gmail.
I’m try to reset proxy but not work. I'm resolve this problem by setting proxy server, It work.
