Consumer test. In the final stage of product development or
improvement, the opinion of the consumer is essential for the product
producer. Therefore the HOQ is based on the most preferred
product. Data analysis derived from evaluations of the four samples
showed that the V2Hu-fresh is preferred by both Hungarian and
Belgian consumers although there is a significant difference in the
level of liking between the Hungarian and Belgian consumers
(Table 3). Based on these results, it was agreed to build the HOQ
on V2Hu-fresh and consider the other three filled chocolates as
competitor products. The liking of V1Be-fresh was lower for both
groups of consumers. This can be due to the fact that these filled
chocolates were handmade and therefore could have little deformations
