Each residential hall is administered by a principal and assisted by several fellows. The Residential Halls do not only provide students with accommodation but also facilities such as game courts, reading rooms, grocery shops, cyber cafes and computer labs. Most halls provide meals while the others have cafeteria facilities. Students in meal-provided halls are charged with a nominal amount of RM 8.00 to RM 12.00 a day, while the others pay between RM 4.50 to RM 6.50 a day. Residential fees for international students are slightly higher depending on the halls chosen.
