Normally if BPE and HDPE I-1 need to consume Bu-1, I choose to send Bu-1 from Q-4910; in order to manage total flow rate in pipeline not exceed 10 Ton/hr which is a max. rate (LLDPE = 4.4 Ton/hr + BPE/HDPE I-1 = 3 Ton/hr = 7 Ton/hr). In normal case I can use the system that TP design because BPE and HDPE I-1 rarely consume Bu-1 from my plant that I can choose tank Bu-1 (Q-4910) to manage flow rate. But now situation is change, I have to send Bu-1 from T-6981 to BPE / HDPE I-1 which need to use Bu-1 often that affect to flow rate of Bu-1 that sent from T-6981 to Q-4910. Now the system can’t support this point. I have to calculate the volume of Bu-1 that Q-4910 reduce to receive
on 16 Jul’13 by myself in fact I can’t see any scheduling of HDPE-1. I have to imagine that HDPE-1 has volume and rate flow rate in scheduling on 16 Jul’13 then I calculate the rest of Bu-1 which will send to Q-4910.
